These terms govern your use of CrispView (Android, Windows and browser versions; the "app"), a file browsing app provided by Craftopia ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to these terms.

1. Licence

• We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the app in accordance with these terms
• The app is free to use. The browser version shows ads, which are removed when you purchase an ad-free licence. The Android version is completely free - no ads and no in-app purchases
• An ad-free licence key is for the purchaser's own use. Please do not transfer, lend, redistribute or publish it
• All rights in the app remain ours. These terms do not transfer ownership

2. Your data

• Your files remain yours. We have no access to their contents whatsoever
• The app moves files between the Microsoft OneDrive account you sign in to and your device, and nowhere else. We do not operate a server, and your files never pass through us
• Tags, albums, pins and date corrections are stored in your own OneDrive app folder
• The index used for browsing and search is kept only on your device

3. Restrictions

• Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Do not distribute, sell or publish licence keys
• Do not interfere with the operation of the app

4. Disclaimer

• The app is provided as is, without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app - including loss of data or profit
• Deleting, moving and renaming files happens for real in your OneDrive. Please check what you are operating on first
• The app depends on Microsoft's services. We are not responsible for outages or changes on their side

5. Changes and discontinuation

• Features may change without notice. Significant changes are announced in the app or on this site
• If these terms change, this page is updated and the date above is revised
• If the app is ever discontinued, your files stay in your OneDrive and on your device. The app has no mechanism for holding your files

6. Refund policy

Ad-free licences are fully refundable within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. There are no exceptions or conditions.

• To request a refund, use the link in the purchase confirmation email from Paddle, or contact us at the address below
• Once a refund is issued, the licence key we sent you stops working
• Payment is handled by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), who act as the seller of record. The Paddle buyer terms also apply to the transaction
• The Windows version is sold through the Microsoft Store, where Microsoft's rules apply

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the courts of Japan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the app.
